With over 40 yeras of experience, Diofanor treasures the traditional knowledge by respecting its native environment. Water usage and recycling are paramount to him. This coffee is truly wild! Strong fermenty and jammy notes throughout due to its anaerobic fermentation, without being too overwhelming. Definitely one of my favourite coffees of the year!
